Thunderstorm flooding causes concern...

I was moments away from jumping into our boat. As heavy rain rushed up nearly twenty feet over our driveway and flashes of lighting electrified the air, my concern was mounting. Stonebridge Landing in Havelock experienced several flood pockets, school bus delays and power outages as we waited patiently for today’s thunderstorm to pass

As soon as Havelock gets off it's backside and fixes the problem, which they have known about for years. BUT, the elected people in Havelock would rather build BSO, so they can have their picture taken with. You cannot have a picture taken with a sewer/ drain line.
