Shelton M. Marshman, 22, 605 Neuse Ave., Nov. 16, possess stolen firearm. Officer: D.A. Daniels.

Justin Wade Avery, 18, 6984 River Road, Vanceboro, Nov. 11, assault with a deadly weapon, contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. Officer: B.L. Lewis.

Ramon Bori Phan, 18, 125 Pirate Road, Apt. 6, Oct. 28, breaking and or entering, larceny after breaking or entering, injury to building/fence/wall. Officer: J.H. Carrillo.

Craven County Sheriff’s Office:

Robert Cary Blydenburgh, 63, 4905 River Road, Lot 6, Vanceboro, Nov. 17, resisting public officer. Deputy: S. Marsh Sr.

N.C. Highway Patrol:

Terry Lamonte Fenner, 41, 1908 Opal St., Nov. 19, driving while license revoked, carrying concealed weapon. Trooper: S.J. Smith.
