Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Walker III

Alana C. Benedick of Covington, Wash., and Theodore Jennings Walker III of Jacksonville were united in marriage on June 26, 2010, at Panache. Betty Clark performed the 2 p.m. ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Tracie and Kurt Carlson of Everett, Wash., and Toby and Theresa Benedick of Covington, Wash. She is the granddaughter of Lea and Terry Bartley of Covington, Wash.

The groom is the son of Debra and Max Miller of Jacksonville and the late Theodore Jennings Walker Jr. He is the grandson of Mary Walker of Jacksonville and the late Theodore Jennings Walker Sr., and Katherine Culley of Jacksonville and the late Robert Nelson Culley.

The bride was attended by maid of honor Katherine Rummings of Jacksonville. Bridesmaids were Alex Sepueda and Jessica Martinez, both of Jacksonville. Flower girl was Makayla Mullens.

The groom chose Alex Delaney of Raleigh as his best man. Groomsmen were Wayne Rummings Jr. and Wade Rummings, both of Jacksonville. Ring bearer was Gabriel Silva.

The wedding reception was also held at Panache.

The bride graduated from Kentlake High School. She is employed with Sonic.

The groom graduated from Jacksonville High School and attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He is serving in the U.S. Marine Corps.

They reside in Beaufort, S.C.
