LaDonna Lynn Broadway and Timothy Andrew Dilday, both of Kinston, were united in marriage at 2 p.m. June 12, 2010, at Tanglewood Church of God in Kinston. The Rev. Allen Stocks performed the ceremony.
Escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents, the bride is the daughter of Donald and Michelle Broadway, and LaRue and Chris Hubacker, all of Kinston. She is the granddaughter of Katie Broadway, and Donald and Susie Thompson, also of Kinston.
A graduate of North Lenoir High School, she received an associate’s degree from Pitt Community College. She is an occupational therapy assistant with Two Rivers Healthcare in New Bern.
The groom is the son of Kendall and Phyllis Dilday of Kinston.
A graduate of New Bern Senior High School, he received a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from ECU. He is a police commander with the Kinston Department of Public Safety.
Following a wedding tip to Sandusky, Ohio, the couple resides in Kinston.
Maid of honor was the bride’s cousin, Susan Moore of Kinston.
Bridesmaid was the bride’s daughter, Kennedy Bryce Santes of Kinston
Kaylee Ray Moore of Winterville, the bride’s cousin, was flower girl.
Best man was Ken Barnes of Grifton.
The groom’s attendant was his daughter, Hallie Brooke Dilday of Kinston.
Following the ceremony, a reception was given by the bride and groom at Tanglewood Church of God.
