Durham-Bell

Ashley Durham of Trenton and Gavin Bell of Kings Mountain were united in marriage on Sept. 19, 2009, at Lawson Creek Park with the Rev. Lee Milliner officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Bruce Durham of New Bern and Evelyn Durham of Trenton.

The bridegroom is the son of Doug and Linda Bell of Kings Mountain.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents.

Maid of honor was Stacy Durham of Trenton, sister of the bride.

Bridesmaid was Hunter Bell of Kings Mountain, daughter of the groom.

Best man was Doug Bell of Kings Mountain, father of the groom.

Groomsman was Ryan Thornburg of Gastonia.

A reception, hosted by the bride and groom, was held at Lawson Creek Park.

The bride graduated from Jones Senior High School and is employed by N.C. Forest Service as an office assistant.

The bridegroom graduated from Kings Mountain High School and is employed by N.C. Forest Service as a district mechanic.

They plan to live in Kings Mountain.
