Mrs. Benjamin Hunt Baxter Jr. announces the engagement of her daughter, Ashley Hume Baxter, to Gary Steven Curry, both of New Bern.
She is also the daughter of the late Benjamin Hunt Baxter Jr.
The bridegroom-elect is the son of Mr. Earl Sanford Curry of Four Oaks.
The bride-elect graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill and Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University. She is employed by Stubbs & Perdue P.A.
The bridegroom-elect attends Craven Community College and is employed by Colwen Management.
A wedding is planned for June 5, 2010, at First Presbyterian Church in New Bern.
