Gena June and Dale Musselwhite, both of Ayden, were united in marriage on May 8, 2010, at Saint Thomas Preservation Hall in Wilmington. The Rev. Johnny Branch performed the 5 p.m. ceremony. The wedding director was Nancy Ihlefeld. Music was provided by violinist, Danijela Zezelj-Gualdi.
The bride is the daughter of Linda June-Fowler of Greenville and Charles June of Ayden. She is the granddaughter of Eugenia June of Jacksonville.
The groom is the son of Margaret Musselwhite of Fayetteville and the late Douglas Musselwhite.
The rehearsal dinner was held aboard the Henrietta III Riverboat.
The bride was attended by maid of honor Traci Nordell of Orangevale, Calif., and matron of honor Milissa Merrill of Lawton, Okla. Bridesmaids were Shannon Futch of Burgaw; Frances Adams and Wendy Gaskins, both of Greenville; Christy Underwood of Lawndale; Cheryl Buris of Seaside, Calif.; Ryann Stein and Claudia Moncus, both of Houston, Texas; and Kelly Kirk of Charlotte. Junior bridesmaid was Julia Bruno. Flower girl was Hazel Merrill.
The groom chose Austin Pope of Clinton and Justin Broughton of Wilmington as his best men. Groomsmen were Andy June and Bryant Fowler, both of Greenville; Brian Gilmore of Wilmington; Michael Underwood of Lawndale; Tom Cain of Fayetteville; Chris Bowles of Warsaw; and Bryan McPhail of Winterville. Ring bearers were Jeremiah Underwood and Isaiah Underwood.

The wedding reception was also held at Saint Thomas Preservation Hall.
The couple took a honeymoon trip to St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.
They reside in Ayden.
