Julie Quinn Stroud of Jacksonville and Shannon Talmadge Cleary of North Wilkesboro will exchange wedding vows on Sept. 18 at St. Anne’s Episcopal Church.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Lee Stroud of Jacksonville and Jim Stroud of New Bern. The prospective groom is the son of Ronnie Cleary of North Wilkesboro and the late Gail Cleary.
