James Lee Garner, 40, 206 N. Wooten St., La Grange, Nov. 18, felony possession of burglary tools. Bond: $20,000. Arresting officer: J. Heck.

Clayton Moore Gillikin, 28, 402 Harkers Island Road, Beaufort, misdemeanor speeding (78/55), misdemeanor driving while license revoked. Bond: $500. Arresting officer: D. Daughety.
