A convicted sex offender is back in jail after failing to change his address, authorities say.
Carteret County Sheriffs deputies have arrested Terry Alexander Fox, 39, of 2717 Piney Park Circle in Morehead City, for failing to change his address as required by law, according to a press release from the department.
Fox, who was placed on the registry for two second degree rapes, one in 1988 and 1995, is accused of failing to notify the Carteret County Sheriffs Office when moving from 177 Pagoda Ct, in Newport to 2717 Piney Park Circle in Morehead City.
He is currently in the Carteret County Jail under a $7500.00 bond.
