Barbara Hill of Stoneville announces the engagement of her daughter, Cindy Marie Hill, also of Stoneville, to Clay Stilley of Kinston, son of Debra Stilley, also of Kinston, and the late Randy Lee Stilley. The bride-elect also is the daughter of the late Lawrence Hill. A Nov. 8 wedding is planned at Memorial Baptist Church in Greenville.
