Holiday coat drive begins

BEULAVILLE — The Beulaville Chamber of Commerce is having a holiday coat drive.

New or gently worn coats for adults and children will be accepted through December, said John Weston, the chamber’s chairman of the board. The coats will be distributed by the Department of Social Services.

Those interested in participating are asked to deliver the coats to Walgreens, at 115 West Main Street in Beulaville. Gently worn coats should be cleaned.
