The groom is the son of Mrs. Lynne Toepke of Jacksonville and Mr. Steven Carl Williams of Southport.
The bride was attended by maid of honor Callie Rose Ramirez of Jacksonville.
The groom chose Christopher Lee Williams of Raleigh as his best man.
The bride is a teacher with Onslow County Schools.
The groom is an instructor at Coastal Carolina Community College.
