Kinsey-Bryant
Tenisha Kinsey of Trenton and Jonathan Edward Bryant of Charlotte were married at 3 p.m. June 21, 2008, at St. Mark Church Ministries in Kinston. Apostle Melvin Parks was the officiating minister.
Escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents, the bride is the daughter of Beverly Grady of Trenton and Joe Kinsey of Kinston. She is the granddaughter of James and Emma Grady of Trenton.
A graduate of Jones Senior High School and Lenoir Community College, she attended North Carolina A&T State University in Raleigh. She is a senior teller with the North Carolina State Employees Credit Union.
The groom is the son of James and Linda Bryant of Kinston. He is the grandson of the late Clara Bell Gooding and the late Alice L. Bryant, both of whom lived in Kinston.
The groom is a graduate of Kinston High School and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He is employed with Wachovia Bank.
Following a wedding trip to Cozumel, Mexico, the couple resides in Charlotte.
The groom's sister-in-law, Carol Bryant of Charlotte, was the matron of honor. The bride's cousin, Chenita Hickman of Kinston, was maid of honor.
Robbie Stevenson of Charlotte was the best man.
