Randy Dixon of Kinston and Jackie Dixon of Candor announce the engagement of their daughter, Tabitha Michelle Dixon of Kinston, to Joseph Edward Foss of La Grange, son of Robert and Debbie Foss of La Grange, and Mary and Jimmy Hurst of Kinston. A July 11 wedding is planned at Freedom Fellowship Church in Kinston.
