Stotler-Ward

Amber Jo Stotler and Frank Douglas Ward III, both of Kinston, were married at 4 p.m. April 19, 2008, at Jackson Heights Baptist Church in Kinston. Ashley Summerlin officiated the ceremony.

Escorted and given in marriage by her mother, the bride is the daughter of Cindy Stotler of Kinston and Nelson Stotler of Kinston. She is the granddaughter of the late Bernice Cole, who lived in Kinston.

A graduate of South Lenoir High School, the bride is employed as a teller at First Citizens Bank.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank D. Ward Jr. of Kinston. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Frank D. Ward Sr. of Pollocksville and Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Houston of Comfort.

A graduate of South Lenoir High School, the groom is a partner with Coastal Carolina Ceilings.

Following a wedding cruise to the western Carribean, the couple resides in Kinston.

Melissa Martin of Asheville, the bride's sister, was matron of honor.

Joy Heath of Kinston was maid of honor.

The groom's father was his son's best man.
