Poole-Randolph

Katy Lee Poole and Nathan Carter Randolph, both of Lexington, Ky., were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. July 17, 2010, at the Misty Valley Wedding Chapel in Shelbyville, Ky. The Rev. Sharon Daily was the officiating minister.

Escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents, the bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gary E. Black of Kinston and Darrell W. Poole of Leawood, Kan. She is the granddaughter of Margaret Mattingly of Lexington, Ky.

The bride is a graduate of UNC and Georgetown University in Georgetown, Ky. She is a special education teacher with the Fayette County School System in Lexington, Ky.

The groom is the son of Barbara Peebles of Prince George, Va., and Gary Randolph of Lexington, Ky.

A graduate of Lafayette High School in Lexington, Ky., he is employed in the meat department with the Kroger Company in Lexington, Ky.

Following a wedding trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn., the couple resides in Lexington, Ky.

Maid of honor was Kimberly Powell of Lexington, Ky.

Best man was the groom’s uncle, Charles Garrison of Raleigh.
