Drugs - Victor Kaiser Coakley

Victor Kaiser Coakley, 25, of Davis Street, was charged Friday by the Jacksonville Police Department with possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a controlled substance, felony possession of marijuana, assault on a government official, maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance and resisting a public officer.

Coakley is accused of possessing 379 grams of marijuana; maintaining a 2000 Lexus for keeping and selling marijuana; possessing more than 1.5 ounces of marijuana; assaulting and striking an officer with the Jacksonville Police Department and fleeing and attempting to evade the officer investigating suspected marijuana possession and a suspicious vehicle for marijuana, according to warrants.

Bond was set at $7,000.
