Kenneth and Freda Holliday, of Jamesville, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jamie Rae Holliday, to Rusty Lee Mills of Vanceboro.

The bridegroom-elect is the son of Susan Mills of Vanceboro and the late David Mills.

The bride-elect graduated from East Carolina University and is employed by Beaufort County Medical Center.

The bridegroom-elect graduated from Wayne Community College and is the owner/operator of Mills Auto Salvage.

A wedding is planned for July 10, 2009, at Yankee Hall Plantation.
