Gina Marie Pugh and Michael William Stephens, both of St. Petersburg, Fla., will exchange wedding vows at 3:30 p.m. Oct. 24 at St. Raphael’s Catholic Church in St. Petersburg, Fla.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Richard Lee and Aletha Louise Pugh of Jacksonville. The prospective groom is the son of John Michael and Susan Erson Stephens of Treasure Island, Fla.
