Whitney Jacoby and Curtis Ramsey, both of Richlands, were united in marriage on April 11, 2009, at the home of the bride's parents. The Rev. Eddie Phenix and the Rev. Larry Glober-Wetherington performed the 1 p.m. garden ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of A.W. and Shirley Turner of Richlands.

The groom is the son of Edna Ramsey of Richlands and the late Donald Ramsey.

The bride was attended by maid of honor Cassidy Jacoby, the bride's daughter of Richlands.

Flower girls were Bethany Ramsey, the groom's daughter and Chloe Douthit. Ring bearers were Cameron Turner, Noah Douthit and Aiden Beattie.

The wedding reception was also held at the home.

The bride is employed with Onslow County Schools.

The groom is employed with the North Carolina National Guard.

The couple took a honeymoon trip to the beach.

They reside in Richlands.
