Peggy M. Rouse and John L. Rouse of Seven Springs announce the engagement of their daughter, Dr. Peggy Joyce “Joy” Rouse, to Albert Brooks Adams of Kinston, son of Rhea Adams of Kitty Hawk and the late Lucy Adams. A May 12 wedding is planned at Webb Chapel United Methodist Church.
