Jan Meyer and Jason Rupert, both of Raleigh will exchange wedding vows at 2 p.m. Oct. 23 at Annunciation Roman Catholic Church in Havelock.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of John and Sheila Meyer of Jefferson City, Mo. The prospective groom is the son of David and Maureen Rupert of Hubert.
