Laurie and Dennie Smith of Bath announce the engagement of their daughter, Nicole Hope Smith, to Wesley Crawford Spence, son of James and Phyllis Ham of Snow Hill. A Sept. 19 wedding is planned at the home of bride's grandparents in Bath.
