Jones, Duff

April Deleane Duff of Wallace and Christopher Brian Jones of Richlands were united in marriage on Aug. 1, 2009, at Poston Baptist Church in Wallace. The Rev. Robert Hunter performed the 3 p.m. ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Terry Duff of Wallace.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Jones of Richlands.

The bride was attended by matron of honor Nicki Duff Martinez, the bride’s sister, of Wallace. Bridesmaids were Kimberly Truett of Wilson; Amy Price and Stacy Jackson, both of Wallace; and Jennifer Jones of Wilmington. Junior bridesmaid was Mikayla Price of Wallace. Flower girls were Mackenzie Price and Zalie Rivenbark.

The groom chose his father as his best man. Groomsmen were Michael Jones, the groom’s brother of Wilmington; Gary Weston of Winterville; Lee Williams of Kinston; Chris Baysden of Raleigh; Scott Suggs of Wilson and Brandon Murray of Wallace. Junior groomsman was Zack Jones of Cary. Ring bearers were Hayes Price and Ashton Duff.

The wedding reception was held at the American Legion Building in Wallace.

The bride graduated from Wallace-Rose Hill High School and Campbell University.

The groom graduated from Richlands High School and Barton College. He is a pre-college advisor with James Sprunt Community College.

The couple took a honeymoon trip to Los Cabos, Mexico.

They reside in Richlands.
