Dell and Angie Wyatt of Pollocksville and Patti and Steve Basurto of Temecula, Calif., announce the engagement of their daughter, Krystin Ashley Wyatt, to Christopher Lee Thorson. Grandparents are I.C. Sr. and Joyce Wyatt and Joe and B.J. Heath, all of New Bern, and Mary P. Bass of Raleigh.

The bridegroom-elect is the son of Janine and Tim Thorson of Temecula, Calif.

The bride-elect graduated from Temecula High School and attends San Jacinto College.

The bridegroom-elect graduated from Temecula High School and attends Palomar College.

A wedding is planned for June 7, 2008, at Calvary Christian Assembly in Temecula, Calif.
