Mr. and Mrs. Billy Joe Hancock

Christina Leigh Dollman and Billy Joe Hancock, both of Trenton, were united in marriage at 4 p.m. Jan. 30, 2010, at Agape Family Church in Trenton. Danny French, pastor, was the officiating minister.

Escorted and given in marriage by her father and step-father, the bride is the daughter of Cheri Cook of Trenton; Hank Philyaw of Comfort; and the step-daughter of Junior Haddock.

She is the granddaughter of Judy and Michael Hall of Deep Run; and the late Marvin and Louise Philyaw, who lived in Comfort.

A graduate of Jones Senior High School, she is a cashier with C-Mart.

The groom is the son of John and Marie Carroway of Hubert.

He is the grandson of the late Dalton Carroway and Ola Mae Carroway, who lived in Maysville, and the late Jay and Hazel Thompson, who lived in Cape Carteret.

A graduate of Swansboro High School, he is a truck driver with Puryear Trucking.

The couple resides in Trenton.

Matron of honor was the bride’s mother, Cheri Cook of Trenton.

Maid of honor was the bride’s sister, Judith McDonald of Deep Run.

The groom’s father was his son’s best man.
