The following driving while impaired arrests were reported by the N.C. Highway Patrol:

William S. Lee, 36, 146 Neuse Road, Kinston, Aug. 16, refused test. Arresting trooper: J. Zamora.

Timothy J. Hill, 31, 660 Bland Howell Road, Kinston, Aug. 15, .09. Arresting trooper: J. Zamora.

Robin C. Monroe, 39, 1238 Antie Church Road, Pikeville, Aug. 19, .26. Arresting trooper: J. Rogers.
