The following are arrests and citations recently issued in Craven County:

New Bern Police Department:

James Michael Thaggard, 40, 2819 Ashland Ave., New Bern, Nov. 3, driving while license revoked, first degree trespass, resisting public officer. Officer: D.J. Cumiskey.

Jamar Montrell Towe, 21, 1009 Meadows Street, New Bern, Nov. 3, possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce, possession of drug paraphernalia. Officer: D.J. Welch Jr.

Havelock Police Department:

Megan LeRay Grohmann, 16, 310 Taylor Road, Havelock, Nov. 3, simple possession of Schedule II controlled substance. Officer: W. Preslar.

Craven County Sheriff’s Office:

Linwood Earl Collins, 44, 405 Egret Circle, New Bern, Nov. 2, possession of firearm by felon, no operator’s license, possession of stolen firearm, carrying concealed gun. Deputy: W. Marsh Sr.

Jennifer Lynn Christenson, 23, 673 Juniper Lane, Havelock, Sept. 29, 2008, larceny by employee, obtaining property by false pretense. Deputy: C.E. Jenkins.

Justin Jay Williams, 26, 108 Ayden Road, Vanceboro, Sept. 19, 2001, breaking and or entering, larceny after breaking or entering. Investigator: J.M. Whitfield.
