Tryon Palace closes Thursday at 1 p.m.
The North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores is closed to the public on Thursday, Sept. 2.
Craven County Schools will dismiss at 1 p.m. today.
Craven Community College will close at 3 p.m. today.
Pamlico Community College will close at 1 p.m. today.
The public meeting scheduled for tonight at Croatan High School regarding the Navy/Marine Corps planned cleanup of munitions left behind on BT-2 (Wood Island) in Bogue Sound has been canceled. They plan to reschedule the meeting.
The River Bend planning board has postponed its meeting, originally scheduled for tonight, to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the large town hall meeting room.
