Havelock starts decorating

A worker places Christmas decorations on a light pole in Havelock. City workers spent Monday hanging the wreaths that feature angels, trees and snowflakes on Main Street and Fontana Boulevard. The trucks needed to place the decorations may temporarily slow drivers on the roads, but no major delays are expected.
