Incident reports

The following incidents were reported to the Lenoir County Sheriff's Office and the Kinston Department of Public Safety:

 

On Nov. 1, a woman reported someone assaulted her. The incident occurred on Mary A. Jones Road, Grifton.

On Nov. 3, a man reported someone stole a scooter valued at $2,400. The incident occurred on Ferguson Lane, Kinston.

On Nov. 3, a woman reported someone assaulted her. The incident occurred in an alley on Carver Court, Kinston.

On Nov. 3, a woman reported someone threatned to kill her and assaulted her, resulting in minor injuries. The incident occurred at a motel on North Herritage Street, Kinston.

On Nov. 3, an employee of Salt Wood Products, Inc., on East Vernon Avenue, Kinston, reported someone damaged the front windshield of a Dodge Ram. Damages were estimated at $100.

On Nov. 3, a man reported multiple suspects assaulted him physically, resulting in minor injuries. The incident occurred on North Myrtle Avenue, Kinston.

On Nov. 3, a woman on Knobb Street, Kinston, reported someone broke into her residence. Damages to a door and door trim were estimated at $40, and damages to two glass end tables were estimated at $50.

On Nov. 3, a woman on Jones Avenue, Kinston, reported someone broke into her residence. Damages to a window were estimated at $100.

On Nov. 3, a man on Pollock Street, Kinston, reported someone damaged a window. Damages were estimated at $150.

On Nov. 3, a man on Farmgate Road, Kinston, reported someone tore shingles from his rooftop. Damages were estimated at $4,000.
