Kinston arrest reports

The following arrests were reported by the Kinston Department of Public Safety:

Leon Rouse, 46, 9E Mitchell Wooten, Kinston, Feb. 2, misdemeanor harassing phone calls, misdemeanor stalking. Bond: $500. Arresting officer: M. Kivett.

Yolanda Michelle Harper, 25, 2687 Rebecca Lane, Kinston, Feb. 2, felony obtain property by false pretense, felony conspiracy to obtain property. Bond: $50,000. Arresting officer: J. Hewitt.

Tarsha Ann Fordam, 32, 121 Roy Copper Road, Hookerton, Feb. 1, felony possession of schedule II, misdemeanor drug paraphernalia. Bond: $1,300. Arresting officer: S. Reavis.
