Larry Donnell Williams, 21, 412 Mitchell St., Kinston, March 17, misdemeanor simple physical assault. Bond: $500. Arresting officer: A. Walker.
Jeffrey Lamont Wiggins, 39, 2257 Briarfield Road, Kinston, March 17, misdemeanor contempt of court/perjury/court violations. Bond: $600. Arresting officer: J. Metts.
