There will be a comprehensive transportation plan public meeting from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Holly Ridge Community Building located at 404 Sound Road.

The CTP is an unfunded vision plan that identifies roadway, bicycle, pedestrian and rail improvements that will be needed in the Topsail area over the next 30 years.
