The following decisions were reached in Lenoir County Superior Court:
Alexander Anderson, possession of drug paraphernalia, guilty, 45 days in the Lenoir County Jail, suspended to 12 months supervised probation. Driving while intoxicated, guilty, sentenced to 120 days in the Lenoir County Jail, suspended to six months supervised probation.
Tyrone McIver, breaking and entering, larceny, pleaded no contest, sentenced to 45 days in Lenoir County Jail, suspended to 12 months supervised probation.
Michael Hill, possession of cocaine, guilty, sentenced to five to six months in the Department of Correction, suspended to 24 months supervised probation.
Takia Garret, soliciting prostitution, guilty, sentenced to ten days in the Lenoir County Jail, suspended to 90 days supervised probation.
Candis Garris, five counts of embezzlement, guilty, sentenced to 6-8 months in the Department of Correction.
Kamilah Hill, food stamp fraud, guilty, sentenced to 5-6 months in the Department of Correction, suspended to 36 months supervised probation.

Assault with a deadly weapon with intent to inflict serious injury, guilty, sentenced to 20-33 months in the Department of Correction, suspended to 36 months supervised probation.
