The following incidents were reported to the Lenoir County Sheriff's Office and the Kinston Department of Public Safety:
On June 22, a man on P.A. Nobles Store Road, Deep Run, reported someone stole a Pontiac Grand Am. The vehicle is valued at $3,500.
On June 22, a woman on Sugar Maple Lane, Deep Run, reported someone picked her up and threw her onto a bed. No injuries were reported.
On June 22, a woman on CJ Lane, Deep Run, reported a father kicked his daughter in the leg and stated he would kill her. No injuries were reported.
On June 22, a man and woman on Camellia Street, Kinston, reported someone broke into their residence and stole the following: A pistol valued at $300, rings/jewelry valued at $6,000, a digital camera valued at $297, $75 cash, unspecified medications, a jewelry box valued at $100, and coins valued at $75.
On June 22, a woman on Colie Road, La Grange, reported someone damaged the windows, lights, and doors of a Ford Expedition. Damages were estimated at $1,000.
On June 22, a man on Haven Court, Grifton, reported someone broke into his residence. Damages to the residence were estimated at $300.
On June 22, a woman on Hyman Avenue, Kinston, reported someone stole a dog and sold it. The dog has been recovered, and is valued at $200.
On June 22, a man reported someone stole a pig cooker valued at $500. The incident occurred on Highland Avenue, Kinston. The cooker was last known to be secure on Dec. 18, 2008.
