Area crime reports

The following incidents were reported to the Lenoir County Sheriff's Office and the Kinston Department of Public Safety:

On June 26 an employee of Bob's Auto Sales on West New Bern Road, Kinston, reported someone stole two catalytic convertors from vehicles on their property. The convertors are valued at $460.
On June 26, a woman on Cox Farms Road, La Grange, reported someone stole her Garmin GPS unit. The unit is valued at $500.
On June 26, an employee of Fox Trail Storage on U.S. 258 N., Kinston, reported someone damaged column lights at their place of business. Damages to the lights are estimated at $300.
On June 26, an employee of Mallard Food Shop on U.S. 70 West, La Grange, reported someone drove off without paying for $35 in gasolline.
On June 26, a man reported someone stole his North Carolina ID card. The incident occurred on Race Track Road, Grifton. The card is valued at $15.
On June 26, an employee of Mallard Food Shop on U.S. 70 West, La Grange, reported someone drove off without paying for $20 in gasoline.
On June 26, a man reported the following items stolen: A disc harrow spacer valued at $45 and two combine gathering units valued at $400. The incident occurred on Will Cunningham Road, Deep Run.
On June 26, an employee of Mallard Food Shop on U.S. 70 West, La Grange, reported someone drove off without paying for $52 in gasoline.
On June 26, a man reported he was a victime of a non-physical threat. The incident occurred on Grifton Hugo Road, Grifton.
On June 19, an employee of Mallard Food Shop on U.S. 70 West, La Grange, reported someone drove off without paying for $110 in gasoline.
