SNOW HILL -- Law enforcement officers are combing the downtown area today after a morning robbery at the Bojangles restaurant several hours ago. Snow Hill police Chief John Rea told WITN-TV the Kingold Boulevard establishment was robbed by a man with a handgun around 6:40 a.m. today while customers and employees were there. The Free Press witnessed Rae and about five Greene County Sheriff's deputies walk through downtown and question business owners and pedestrians -- the suspect had walked through the area around 11 a.m., according to witnesses.
