    Incident reports

    The following incidents were reported to the Kinston Department of Public Safety and the Lenoir County Sheriff's Office:

     

    On Nov. 4, a man reported someone threatened him. The incident occurred on East Washington Avenue, Kinston.

    On Nov. 4, a man on Lawrence Lane, Kinston, reported someone threatened him via telephone.

    On Nov. 4, a man on North Isler St., Kinston, reported someone broke into his residence and stole a .270 caliber rifle valued at $300. Damages to a door were estimated at $50.

    On Nov. 4, an employee of Lilly's Restaurant on North Herritage St., Kinston, reported someone stole $583 from a bank bag.

    On Oct. 8, a woman on East King Street, Kinston, reported someone struck her in the face with a bag of diapers. No injuries were reported.

    On Nov. 2, a woman on East Gordon Street, Kinston, reported someone stole two rocking chairs from her porch. The chairs are valued at $100.

    On Nov. 3, a woman reported someone stole a black clarinet and case. The items are valued at $500.

    On Nov. 3, a man on East Washington Street, Kinston, reported someone threatened him via telephone.

    On Nov. 3, a man reported someone stole $700. The incident occurred in a parking lot on East Highland Avenue, Kinston.

    On Nov. 3, a woman reported someone pulled an earring from her ear, resulting in minor injuries.

    On Nov. 3, an employee of Quality Tires on MLK Boulevard, Kinston, reported someone stole 100 tires. The tires are valued at $2,500.
