The following incidents were reported by the Lenoir County Sheriff's Office and the Kinston Department of Public Safety:
On Nov. 16, a City of Kinston employee reported someone stole an electric meter. The meter is valued at $200. The incident occurred on North East Street, Kinston.
On Nov. 16, a woman on Brandy Avenue, La Grange, reported someone damaged her residence. Damages to vinyl siding were estimated at $100.
On Nov. 16, a woman on East Washington Street, La Grange, reported someone stole $1 cash from her residence.
On Nov. 18, a Kinston woman reported someone was threatening her via telephone.
On Nov. 18, a woman on East King Street, Kinston, reported someone attempted to enter her residence through a window. Damages were estimated at $40.
On Nov. 18, a man on Walker Drive, Kinston, reported someone broke into his residence and stole the following: A Sony 52" LCD flat screen TV valued at $2,750, a 20" LCD flat screen TV valued at $300, a pink wallet valued at $25 (recovered), and four bank cards valued at $10.
On Nov. 18, a woman on Roseane Drive, Kinston, reported someone stole a Next blue/silver 12-speed mountain bike valued at $100.
On Nov. 18, a woman on Viking Drive, Kinston, reported someone broke into her residence. A pair of burgandy sweat pants valued at $5 were recovered at the scene.
On Nov. 18, a man reported someone stole a Gator 50CC scooter. The scooter is valued at $700.
On Nov. 24, a woman on East South Street, Kinston, reported someone broke into her residence and stole the following: A four-brick gas heater valued at $200, and a 100 gallon propane tank valued at $200. Damages to a kitchen window were estimated at $100. A screwdriver and pair of pliers were seized at the scene.
