Incident reports
The following incidents were reported by the Lenoir County Sheriff's Office and the Kinston Department of Public Safety:
On Nov. 29, a man on Will Baker Road, Kinston, reported someone was harrassing him via telephone and text messaging.
On Nov. 29, a woman reported her daughter stole an antique ring. A value estimate for the ring was not available. The incident occurred on U.S. 258 South, Kinston.
On Nov. 29, a woman reported someone threatened her. The incident occurred on Old N.C. 11 South, Kinston.
On Nov. 29, an employee of GW Piner Trucking and Repair reported someone broke into their office and stole a cash box that contained $300. Damages to a window were estimated at $110 The incident occurred on 150 Wheat Street, Kinston.
On Nov. 29, a man on Yogi Street, Kinston, reported someone broke into his residence. Damages to a window were estimated at $150.
On Nov. 29, a man on Pink Knoll Drive, Kinston, reported someone dug up a ditch bank with a vehilce. Damage estimates were no available.
On Nov. 29, a man reported someone struck him about the face and body, resulting in minor injuries. The incident occurred on a roadway near Oak Bluff, Kinston,
On Nov. 29, a woman on Kennedy Home Road, La Grange, reported someone was threatening her via telephone.
On Nov. 29, a woman on North Front Street, Pink Hill, reported someone stole property from a deceased persons residence.
On Nov. 30, an employee of H.B. Smith's on N.C. 11 South, Kinston, reported someone broke into their facility and stole the following: Two pairs of bolt cutters valued at $100, a prybar valued at $22, a sledge hammer valued at $20, a carton of cigarettes valued at $120, and $30 cash. Damages to a window and door were estimated at $200.
