Man faces more than 15 charges after traffic stop

A Thursday night traffic stop resulted in a Jacksonville man being served warrants for more than 15 charges, authorities said.

Victor Alexander Holt, 24, of Riggs Street, was pulled over Thursday night by Jacksonville Police officers. He was served outstanding warrants from Jacksonville Police, Raleigh Police, N.C. Highway Patrol and the N.C. Department of Correction, according to a press release from JPD.

Holt was charged with three counts of resist, obstruct, delay; three counts of driving without a license; two counts of possession of marijuana; and one count each of felony possession of cocaine; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession with intent to manufacture, sell and distribute cocaine; manufacture cocaine; manufacture, sell, distribution, or possession of drugs within 1000 feet of a school; disorderly conduct; driving without headlamps; discharge of a firearm within city limits; going armed to the terror of the public; speeding; and driving with license revoked, according to the press release.

Holt is being held without bond.
